# Update #7

I've been made aware that some people didn't realise you can register and use the website already. I need to improve the visibility, but for now, if you press on **Sign In** link, you will get not only the sign-in page but also the registration. So go on and get that shiny account!

 Finished improvements:

* Series with oneshots or other series that didn't have the latest chapter shown, will now correctly show up with the title of that chapter. There are also some that even MangaDex don't have data on (weirdly, they just show them as oneshot instead). For those titles, I use **Unknown Title**, as that's more correct than MangaDex own **Oneshot** fallback.
* Titles are correctly sorted now, with lowercase titles correctly alphabetically sorted.
* Huge improvement to import speed. Previously, what could have taken 10 minutes, now will take just seconds.
* **Trackr.moe** import correctly adds chapters now, with links and all. Some might point to a non-existent chapter though if those **have been removed from MangaDex**. I will have a better way to handle those, for archiving purposes, but for now, don't be surprised if some links are broken. If you have previously used the import, **you can delete series you want re-imported** and then run the importer again with your JSON file. 
* Series with newly released chapters now show up at the top by default. You'll know as they have a blue indicator next to the title.
* Hide the update button when the latest chapter already matches the last read.

 With that in mind, here is the updated list from the last email:

1. Add tracking of currently read chapters and pull the latest chapter periodically (At this point, you should be able to use the website as intended)
2. ​Finishing authentication features (automatic confirmation, reset password) 
3. [Resolving all the reported bugs](https://github.com/doutatsu/kenmei/issues/14)
4. Improve handling of MangaDex exceptions (Timeouts, Database under load, etc)
5. Speed up Trackr.moe import
6. Add pagination to the lists
7. Add the ability to import from MangaDex itself.
8. Updating landing page to look more presentable.
9. Search and filters
