Profiles are finished and have launched for everyone, notes can now be added to entries and many more fixes and minor improvements have been made.
This month I've focused on finishing profiles, which as many of you know - have now been launched to everyone. For the rest of the month, I've decided to focus on some of the highly requested feature suggestions, such as notes or logging in with a username. Of course, bugs have been squashed and other improvements have been made.

As announced over email and on Discord, Profiles are no longer in Early Access and are now available to everyone. To make full use of it, I recommend making sure you've set your username as well as your avatar. Of course, many more improvements are planned, but for now, this functionality is finished.

👥User Profile v1📝 Notes
I am happy to announce that the second most requested feature has finally been added - the ability to set your private notes on any of the entries you track. You will find a new button to add your notes from the Edit menu.
You will then be able to write as short or as long of a note as you want -> moreover with close to full support of markdown, you can write fully formatted notes. You will also be able to switch and see what your notes look like before saving.
After saving your note, you will see a new indicator both in the list and grid modes, if an entry has a note. Which you can then quickly view in its full glory.
With this, I am confident Kenmei has the most comprehensive note system out of any other platform, like MAL or Anilist, which only allows simple notes and subpar writing experience.
🔑 Login with username
Another requested feature has been logging in by username instead of email. This was, of course, not possible before usernames have been added to Kenmei. But with that out of the way, it is now possible, for a slightly more convenient log-in experience.
📈Progress Overview
This month's progress was as expected -> Profiles have been launched and I managed to finish notes, which was a user-requested feature I wanted to add the most this month. I'll be monitoring both features for any bugs or issues, now that they are live and address anything that comes up.
With that out of the way, I am now putting my full focus on finishing Data Moderation System. With the recent influx of people to Kenmei, it's getting quite challenging to keep up with moderation on my own so I am aiming to onboard at least one Data Moderator in April.
