Lots of QoL improvements + ramping up to working full-time

Welcome to the last update before I start working on Kenmei full-time. This month I was slowly transitioning to allocating 100% on Kenmei, so while there were no large features released, I've made a lot of little bug fixes and improvements. I also did release one minor feature - which is the new report type.
Check the full changelog over here ->
As mentioned previously, I've been working towards a new report type, allowing anyone to report specific issues with a particular series, so that Kenmei continues to improve it's data and eventually rival those of MyAnimeList, MangaUpdates and Anilist.
I am starting with 4 most popular issues and going to keep adding more issue types, as Kenmei adds more data (such as genres, authors, descriptions and so on). So if you noticed any discrepancies with the series you track, please report it, so I can fix it
As mentioned, this month I focused mostly on minor improvements, that I've been meaning to do for months. I've tackled a handful of persistent bugs as well as made some tangible improvements. While the full list is available in the changelog, I wanted to share a few highlights:
In terms of enhancements:
Custom scrollbar library upgrade resulted in improving the overall performance of the app.
For Premium members, I've added retries to handle billing changes more efficiently.
The upgrade to Sidekiq 7 has boosted performance gains to our daily series updates, which is always a crucial area.
As for bug fixes:
Fixed a bug causing MangaDex to falsely appear offline due to missing new chapters.
The integration with Lynx Scans was experiencing issues, but I've successfully ironed those out.
Fixed weird extra banner space on iOS, when new announcements are shown.
I am not going to be listing everything, but in total 9 bugs have been fixed and somewhere ~12 different performance and minor improvements throughout the app were made, which was very satisfying to get through.
This has been the last month before I start working on Kenmei full-time. I expect May to have a ton of new features, some that have been teased and others that have been under wraps. I am going to be figuring out the most efficient way to structure my day-to-day work on Kenmei, so expect the speed of development to keep increasing from May onwards.
I expect to complete work on Quick Search and Series Details next month, and I am fairly optimistic I'll get to finish a bunch of other things, most likely focused on Discovery for now, but I might start working on importers again, as it has been requested for a long time now
Hence, the list of priorities remains the same:
Quick Search v2
Series Details v2
Discovery and Search Improvements
Importing from MAL, Anilist and more
